Catching fire
So there's this movie I've been waiting long enough to be in the theater. It's called "Catching fire" and the first movie before Catching fire was called Hunger Games. This movie is derived from a novel of the same title written by Suzanne collins.
On the last movie, before Katniss and Peeta were both declared as victors because they acted like star-crossed lovers, they ate poison berries and opposed the idea of killing either one of them. As victors, they must do a tour to all the districts but then President Snow called Katniss in. President Snow who isn't exactly fond of Katniss told her that her suicide stunt was way too rebellious, and he told her if she'd continue her star-crossed lover stunt, he would spare her family.
I bet all Hunger Games Trilogy fans are waiting for this one! I am too. I have not read the book, but for those who did, tell us what can we expect from the movie?

You are paralyzed while you sleep
Your body is paralyzed while you sleep is because the body prevent from acting out aspects of your dreams. then you enter a phrase called REM sleep. Rem is a rapid eye movement. During REM sleep the rest of your body is paralyzed. It shut down and your large muscle can't move. And also most of the dreams we remember happen during REM, as our brain has a higher activity during REM.
FACT:
1. When you are snoring, you are not dreaming.
2. Toddlers do not dream about themselves until around the age of 3. From the same age, children typically have many more nightmares than adults do until age 7 or 8.
3. If you are awakened out of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, you are more likely to remember your dream in a more vivid way than you would if you woke from a full night sleep.
