The lottery

So this is a story of The lottery well some people think that lottery is all about money well this story tells a different kind of story. So there was an old man that is the oldest in the village that have a black box. One day all the people in the villagers join the lottery because its a tradition in they're village. The rules are if they get the paper that is empty win, And then bill won the lottery so all the family members have another shot to take another lottery. And then Bill wife Tessie got the paper that have black dot that is  sign of sacrificing for there corn crops to be fertile. And Tessie Got thrown by all the villagers and stone to death. 

This is a lottery that has been done for along time, that people believe that if they sacrifice someone they can have a good corn crops because all the villagers are farmers. 

War horse film review

 war horse is a family movie that is directed by the incredible director, Steven Spielberg. The movie is based on the novel of the same name by Michael Morpugo, The star-studded cast includes Jeremy Irvine as Albert Narracot, a young innocent boy who started a wonderful friendship with Joey, a tough and smart horse.

The story begins when Ted Narracott buys Joey at the auction. But there's a problem because Ted has to pay a lot of money that maybe he couldn't pay the bill. From there Ted tries to sell joey back, but Albie promises that he will make Joey plough the rocky field that doesnt have a possibility to plough the field. But unfortunately Ted has not enough money to pay the bills. So Ted decide to sell Joey to the war., Albie promises to joey that he will find Joey and in that moment Joey and Albie adventure begins.

This movie is full of tension yet this movie is also sad, This movie teaches us about friendship and loyalty.  The music is very sweet, it perfectly makes us just feel the moment and the situation. Each of the music collaborate with the movie perfectly . And the sound effect itself, the sound effect bring the scenes to life because it makes the actual sounds from the movie shoot way more vivid and dramatic. The elements came together beautifully to create a very moving movie.

I recommend you to watch the movie because this movie teaches us what real friendships are, they stick together no matter what in a bad or in a good situations they always be there for us, Not just about friendship this movie also teach us about loyalty.

War horse summary

Albie is very happy because his father buy joey in the auction.  But his father have to paid 30 guines to landlord. Ted has already paid 15 guines because he don’t have much money. So Ted decided to sell Joey  again because he have no idea how to have enough money to pay the bill. But because Albie love joey so much ,  Albie promise to his father and mother to train joey to plow ,to make more money.  It’s a difficult for Albie and joey because the land are rocky.  Albert attempts to put the collar on Joey, but Joey refuses , so Albie came up with a good idea. Alberts  put the collar over his own neck to show how easy it is and Joeythe the collar withput any difficulty the en  But in the end Albie and joey can go through it and thanks to the rain. When the vegetables grow suddenly a huge storm come and destroy all the vegetables.  Ted is very hopeless and he had no choice again to sell Joey to the war

In the war, Joey was taken care by a young great soldier Captain Nicholls, who died while riding him when charging the German base. Joey was taken by the German, under a boy named Gunther’s care. Gunther is there with his little brother, Michael who’s only 14 years old. They fled from the war (defected) and was later found and shot by the Germans. Joey, along with another warhorse, Topthorn are found by Emilie, a sweet French girl who seemed to be very sick. When taking the horses out for the ride up the hill, the Germans captured her horses.

When the war ends, all horses that don’t belong to officers get auctioned off. While the soldiers were trying their best to buy the horse for Albie, Joey was won by Emilie’s grandfather, but after exaggerated pleads, Joey comes home to Devon with his friend, Albert.

Argumentative Essay

We all heard the news about  13 years old  musician kid called Dul  was speeding up to 200 km/h. He wanted to try to overtake the vehicle in front of him. Due to space and time is not right for overtaking, the car driven by Dul hit a road divider and into the opposite lane. It causes six people died in the accident while nine others suffered injuries. The cause of dul accident  becoming a popular trend among teens to drive at high speed and take pictures of their speedometer to be uploaded onto Instagram/Twitter

Ahmad dhani said that usually Dul have the  driver for accompany him to take him everywhere he go, But in that day Dul ask the driver to go home first .  Because he want to drive his girlfriend home at 2pm. At first the girlfriend said that its okay he don't need to drive her home, but Dul force that he will take his girlfriend home safely.

Although it’s still unknown whether this accident was caused by Dul, Dhani has already expressed his deepest sympathy and apologies to the accident victims’ families. Dhani plans to meet with the victims and families who are involved in the accident today. His intention was expressed by Anang Hermansyah, Dhani’s best friend, when he visited Dul in the hospital. However, Ahmad dhani should be responsible of what his son did. His son can't drive a car because he has no license.

The parents should be blame too, why?. Because, if at first Ahmad dhani didn't allow Dul to drive alone, the accident wont happen.Although Dul parents was sorry for the victims, but we cant go back in time to save people live. Dul should be blame too, because, he know he doesn't have any licence but he still wanted to drive his girlfriend home and he  was speeding up to 200 km/h because he wanted to try to overtake the vehicle in front of him.

In conclusion ahmad dhani should not be responsible of what his son did because a 13 years old kid should not drive a car because he doesn't have the licence to drive yet. The cause of the accident is, now teennager expecially boys,drive at high speed and take pictures of their speedometer to be uploaded onto Instagram/Twitter  trend among teenager now days. And another possibilities are Dul was speeding up o try to overtake the vehicle in front of him. Dhani is deeply devastated by all of this, because Dul was at hospital he cant do anything because he broke his bone. And for the victims that is caused because of Dul was really careless that caused Six people died in the accident while nine others suffered injuries

Report on Arthur's dead

To Our Valued Police Chief

Ms. Megan Hoddinott,

We arrived at the scene 1.45 AM on Sunday, December 9 1965. The victim was 43 year old named Arthur Volupides. We found him lying on his back on the floor facing the staircase of his home holding an empty liquor glass with his wife, Queenie standing over the husband’s body in a shocked manner.

Mrs. Volupides stated that she just came home after a party held in a country club she went to after a fight with her husband, she said that she met some friends whom she later invite to come over for a drink. After she waited at home for her friends who came ten minutes after her, she then announced that her husband, Arthur slipped and fell down the stairs when coming down for another drink, and that’s when she thinks her husband had died.

We have found some things at the crime scene that we thought was of the ordinary:

1. The victim was found facing the stairs, while when people fall down the stairs, they usually they would fall face first.
2. Their stove had food being cooked on top of it, but seeing it was too early in the morning was off, usually people cook at meal times: lunch, dinner, breakfast.
3. Queenie waited at home for her friends, usually people would rush injured people to hospital or call for emergency.
4. The victim’s free hand was his right hand, usually if someone was coming down the stairs, their free hand would be where the banister is placed (in this case it would be Arthur’s left), which the victim could not hold due to his hand was holding to the liquor glass.
5. Arthur glass is still in pristine condition, usually people would let go of things when falling and things as glass would be broken.
6. The item on the wall aren’t disturbed, when people fall, they usually would try to grab on things to prevent themselves from falling.

The autopsy has determined that the cause of  Arthur’s death was a wound on the head and stated that he’d been drunk.

It’s not a natural position that he fell backwards and when he fell he must’ve fell face first. The options are that it’s his own doing or a force coming from someone causing him to fell backwards from the top of the stairs. Queenie got home ten minutes before her drinking buddies got to her. In those ten minutes, Arthur was drunk and they might have continued the fight from earlier since alcohol triggers emotions. Seeing that evidences, our prime suspect is Arthur’s wife, Queenie Volupides.

What i have learned

In this unit  we learned  blogging with our teacher Ms. H. We learned how to post, But we didn't only learn how to post, we learnt so many things from our friends and our Lb teacher, Ms. H. We learnt not to shared our personal information for example, we shared our phone number, our full name, or our address. We cant shared our personal information because  its dangerous, people might know where you are, and maybe they will kidnap you.

We can shared an  information, the latest news, our ideas, about our own experience. Tips and tricks, facts, and our opinion towards  other blog. We 

I've shared a fact about “we are paralyzed while we sleep”. Some people might know already but there’s also people that haven't noticed it. We can also shared  the latest news, the example are “ Catching fire”, I. We also can be creative by changing our layout, the content, and our post . Make it more interesting, so that people wanted to read the post.   And also Ms. H teach us how to write a good comment, with the step. We should compliment the post, then we share our experience or what we know. Then the last one is we should ask a question to keep the conversation keep going.

2013 GIRLS’ GENERATION World Tour – Girls & Peace is proudly presented by Carlo Rino, sponsored by Laurier, Liese and Essential, and organized by SM Entertainment, Dreammaker Entertainment and Running Into The Sun.   The concert will be held in Singapore  on 12th October 2013. This will be their second solo concert held in Singapore, the first is in 2011.  there is an age limit.  Children below the age of 12 are not allowed into the Moshpit. Children below the age of 6 are not allowed in for the concert.
